We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, contact us  with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Please note that used candles, opened fragrance products, and final sale items are non-returnable.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
